Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your provided address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time for your package depends on the transit time after dispatch and various factors, including your location. Below are the estimated delivery times based on country of residence:

Please note that during peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. If your order is shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may also extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Ensuring your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delayed processing or cancellation. If any address issues are detected by our system, our team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your information. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is no longer within our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hassan.ambitions@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most have specific processes for handling lost or stolen packages. We can also work with the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim.

  • Sulvoro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process.
  • Replacements may be offered depending on the situation, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Filing a police report may be required in certain cases.
