Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality of our products, and we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not satisfied and wish to return your purchase, you may do so after 14 days, as long as it is within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hassan.ambitions@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost. Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be processed for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, customs processes, or other shipping-related challenges. For assistance with delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a refund or resend the order.
